Our client is a leading UK global financial services firm with a well-established presence in Manchester.

Their reputation and deal track-record within Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Restructuring is second to none, reflected in an increased 2025 deal pipeline.

In support of their strong pipeline, the Transaction Services team need to appoint an Associate Director in Manchester.

This appointment is part of a broader succession planning initiative, hence our client seeks to hire someone who can be groomed beyond deal execution.

Candidates must demonstrate an ability to manage peers and assume future firmwide leadership roles.
