Managing Director

Nick Green

Nick has specialised in Financial Services Executive Search and Recruitment since the mid-nineties.

Operating at the most senior levels, Nick has appointed leaders, and built teams .

Initially in London, Nick subsequently worked in Hong Kong for eighteen years. He relocated to Yorkshire in 2018.

Nick was voted one of Asia's leading Financial Services headhunters and was accredited with co-founding one of Asia's leading Financial Service Executive Search firms with operations in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Following relocation to Yorkshire, Nick ran a well known Life Insurance distribution business across Yorkshire and the North before launching FatGreen.

Non-Executive Director

Anny Lian

Following MBA, Anny worked in Project Finance for Bechtel Enterprises in San Fransisco.

Thereafter, she worked for JP Morgan and UBS in Corporate Finance covering Technology and Renewable Energy companies.

Anny was promoted to Managing Director leading IPO's on Nasdaq and HKSE, as well as advising on cross-boarder M&A.

Since relocation to Yorkshire, Anny continued her career in Financial Services and now leads FatGreen Wealth.

FatGreen Wealth providing Key Man and Shareholder Protection solutions to owner managed and Private Equity backed businesses across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle.

Non-Executive Director

Nick Hawkins

Based in Yorkshire, Nick is a leading UK Corporate Barrister advising Companies at Board level, as a Legal Director and Company Secretary or equivalent, Non-Executive Director or Board Adviser for over 35 years.

Nick has advised international groups, Banks, FinTechs, spin-outs and early-stage companies. Transaction experience extends to advising Boards on M&A, turnarounds, strategic reconstructions and Corporate Governance issues.

As NED at FatGreen Executive, Nick brings unrivalled insight into the Yorkshire and Northern Professional Services and Legal sectors, and advises the Board on growth initiatives.

Previously, Nick spent 13 years as a Conservative M.P. as junior front-bench roles in John Major’s Government, and Shadow Minister under all of the next 3 Conservative leaders in Opposition. His most senior role was Shadow Solicitor-General.
